How many hats do you wear at current? How do you juggle so many balls at the same time?
Work, family, life and so many others. How do you find your balance? Do you have a safe net to catch you when you are down? How do you lighten yourself up?

No matter if we like it or not, we all paly different roles in our daily life, and it is really important to find the balance among these roles. For me, there are around 7 or even more hats I wear in my daily life; I am a husband (which occupy most of my time), a father, a son, a brother, a student, a brother, a saleryman…and a friend. I take it for granted to play the different role by different time and situation since I am educated to get used to it. However, it takes patience and practice to find the balance among these different hats. We must find the balance, or we might lose our health and happiness. Everyone of us can have our own way to find the balance. Some of us can find the timely comfort from sports, listening to the music, or sharing it with friends. Let me tell you what I do; usually I receive the heavy pressure from my work and my family support me quite a lot and strengthen me to conquer the stress. Also, I listen to lots of classical music that help me to get the peacefulness whenever I feel upset. Besides, I write lots of letters regullary that it really help me a lot to keep the balance. Yes, I know that it is an old-fashioned style to communicate with friends by writing letters, particular to keep writing to foreign penfriends for so many yeas. Nevertheless, this is my hobby since I was a college student and the friendship has became meaningful to me. I receive many letters sent by my friends who live in dfferent part of the world, for example from Lithuania, Germany, Findland…and I learned a lot from their life, culture, difficulties, and their stress. Life is imperfecrt, no matter where you live or what you do. Through these years, I keep learning so much from my friends worldwide through letters. I send my concern and friendship and receive much more in return. I am a lucky person who has a happy family, and also, many friends that encourage me all the time. I hope all of us will find a way to keep the balance and establish a good way of life.

For me, have more time with my family is more important than earning much money.I usually don't work after pm 7 o'clock. However, sometimes I'm exausted and dissapointment. Fortunately, I'm a buddist, believing the unhappiness will get away is the best way for me to lighten myself up.
A combination of career and other major social activities, family and spiritual, life has firmly established many people as a distinguished artist with personal style to survive on this diversification-ward world.
"CLOUD" is my style. Just like the cloud with no fixed shape, I am definitely a liberalist with flexible, open-minded, and optimistic personality. The older I become, the clear insight of life I get. Life is a blessing. We should enjoy every moment of our life as long as we don't waste time to ruin the gift from God. Unhappy is unethical.
Our physical aspect should follow lots of formal systems and regulations to make the world move forwards. That is stiff, brutal and heartless. I'm virtually pushed and overwhelmed by daily routines, however, my internality alerts me: "you should kill the routine befor the routine kill you."
My balance wheel is terribly in a very bumpy ride. This is the reason why my life goes topsy-turvy recently. It is necessary to shift my time allocation now.
I've usually recharged myself by applying some tips as below:
1. to visit an ancient city or touch an old stuff to humble my exaggerative esteem.
2. to join a big campaign to minimize myself in the crowd.
3. to gaze at the full moon to fill the sense of permanence in the silence midnight.
4. to lift my head to look up into the cloud in the blue sky to experience boundless.
5. to take one day off to wonder aimlessly to feel my unique in the universe.
6. to curl up with a good book on the couch.
7. to enjoy the winter sun in the yard like an old cat.
Life is competitive, and vice versa, life is supprise-riddled as long as we strain our senses, open our mind, to unfold to explore it. Life is art, "cloud" is my style.
You cast a big object to remind me to collect my thoughts to face my messy life. You are my guru. Thank you.

To play so many roles at the same time is really hard, but it is worth doing so. It is never too late to learn so we have to keep studying. I love my family, job and school life so I don't feel stressful even though my time is occupied by them. The way to lighten myself up is trying to do my best on these roles.
I don’t know whether I’m lucky or not since I’m single right now; I don’t have to play many roles at the same time. Taking a nine-to-five job on weekdays, studying at college on weekend, and making time to keep company with my parents occasionally are the only three important businesses I must do at current. However, I still think it’s a tight schedule and feel stretched sometimes, even though it’s actually not such compact as some of my classmates’. Just think of last year, the first year of my studying in college, I was weighed down by the stress of homework and examinations, and regretted going to school at over age. Nevertheless, I quickly found and realized one thing that chatting with classmates in school on weekends help me ignore the pressure resulted from job and even make me happy. In one word, I would like to say it is pleasure to have a lot of nice people be my classmates.
I didn't think those questions before until teacher discussed them in the class. I play some characters-a mother, a wife, a student.... I have many things to do everyday, but I didn't do them well. I chose the most important thing to do first. Others depend on how much time I have.
All I have to do is try my best.
I think I must learn how to manage my life and make it better.
Life is a series of learning.

“All the world is a stage and everyone has their part..” Most of time in our lives, we play more than one part. As a daughter, a sister, a student, a teacher, a co-worker, and a friend, I sometimes find it hard to balance my life, family and work, and it is even harder to live up to other people’s expectations. Yes, that’s the problem, we all, in one way or another, tried to live up to other people’s expectations, and that’s where the pressure comes from. I used to be the kind of person who is always tried to live up to other people’s expectations, I was unhappy at that time until I’ve come to realize that no one is “perfect” in this world, sometimes we really don’t have to be the best, just try the best we can. Above all, stay true to yourself, for being true to yourself is the most important key to real joy and happiness.
